Description
A delicious Thanksgiving-themed burger inspired by Bob’s Burgers.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 burger buns
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- Cranberry sauce
- Stuffing mix (for topping)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix turkey, bread crumbs, parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into 4 patties.
- Grill or pan-fry the patties over medium heat for 5-7 minutes per side.
- Add cheese on top of patties in the last minute of cooking.
- Toast the burger buns.
- Assemble the burgers with cranberry sauce and stuffing on top.
Notes
- Use leftover turkey if available.
- Feel free to add lettuce and tomato.
- Cook patties until they reach 165°F internally.
