- 8 oz bowtie pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Stir well.
- Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add Velveeta cheese and milk to the skillet. Stir until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the beef sauce. Mix until well coated.
- Serve hot.
