Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- Add cheese, bell peppers, onions, ham, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to the egg mixture.
- Stir in the frozen hash browns until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until set and golden.
