  • 4 cups cubed bread

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
  4. Add cheese, bell peppers, onions, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to the egg mixture.
  5. Fold in the cubed bread until well combined.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set.
