- 1 wheel of Brie cheese (about 8 oz)
- 1 baguette, sliced
- 1 cup of mixed berries
- 1/4 cup of honey
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the Brie wheel on a baking sheet.
- Warm the Brie in the oven for about 10-15 minutes until soft.
- While the Brie is warming, arrange the sliced baguette on a platter.
- Once the Brie is ready, remove it from the oven and drizzle honey on top.
- Serve with mixed berries and garnish with mint leaves.
Notes
- Pair with red wine for a better experience.
- Can be served with nuts for added texture.
- Replace honey with fig jam if desired.
