Instructions

  3. Knead the dough for 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. Let the dough rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
  5. Roll out the dough and cut into donut shapes.
  6. Let the donuts rise for another 30 minutes.
  7. Heat oil in a pan and fry donuts until golden brown.
  8. Drain on paper towels and coat with sugar or glaze as desired.
