- 2 cups broccoli, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Steam the broccoli until tender, then chop finely.
- In a bowl, combine broccoli, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
