- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup cooked pasta
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, tomatoes, basil, mozzarella, balsamic vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in cooked pasta until well mixed.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for quicker preparation.
- Feel free to add more vegetables like bell peppers or onions.
