- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss the brussel sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the brussel sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, until tender and caramelized.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and roast for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.
