- 8 oz penne pasta
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.
- Add the cooked pasta to the chicken mixture and stir to coat evenly.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with remaining cheddar cheese and blue cheese crumbles.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

- You can substitute chicken with shredded rotisserie chicken for quicker preparation.
