Ingredients

- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder

- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 2 large eggs

- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- In another bowl, combine milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough into the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm, optionally dusted with powdered sugar.

- Ensure oil is hot before frying to avoid soggy buñuelos.
- Serve with honey or syrup for added sweetness.
- You can add cinnamon to the dough for extra flavor.
