A rich and creamy burnt basque cheesecake made in a loaf pan.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cream cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the heavy cream, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until combined.
- Sift in the flour and mix until just incorporated.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is burnt and the center is jiggly.
- Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Serve chilled for best texture.
- Can be topped with fresh fruit or caramel sauce.
