Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, butter, and heavy cream.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  3. Boil for 5 minutes without stirring.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, salt, and chopped pecans.
  5. Pour mixture into a greased 8×8 inch pan.
  6. Let cool at room temperature until set, then cut into squares.
