Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt.
- Cut in butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Add ice water, mix until dough forms.
- Roll out dough and cut into circles.
- Press dough into muffin tin.
- In another bowl, whisk together brown sugar, corn syrup, eggs, and vanilla.
- Pour filling into each tart shell.
- Add raisins or pecans if desired.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until filling is set.
