Description

Butterfinger lush is a layered dessert featuring creamy layers and a crunchy topping of Butterfinger candy.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of Butterfinger candy bars (6 bars)
  • 1 package of cream cheese (8 oz)
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 container of whipped topping (8 oz)
  • 1 package of graham cracker crumbs (about 2 cups)
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 cup of milk

Instructions

  1. Crush the Butterfinger bars into small pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Add whipped topping to the cream cheese mixture and stir until combined.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust.
  6. Pour milk over the cream cheese layer, then sprinkle crushed Butterfinger on top.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
