Description

A sweet and chewy dessert made with butterscotch and marshmallows.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking dish.
  4. Melt butterscotch chips in a microwave or double boiler.
  5. Stir in mini marshmallows and nuts (if using) into the melted butterscotch.
  6. Spread the butterscotch mixture over the crust in the baking dish.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes until golden.
  8. Let it cool before cutting into squares.
