Description
A sweet and chewy dessert made with butterscotch and marshmallows.
Ingredients

- 2 cups butterscotch chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking dish.
- Melt butterscotch chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- Stir in mini marshmallows and nuts (if using) into the melted butterscotch.
- Spread the butterscotch mixture over the crust in the baking dish.
- Bake for 15 minutes until golden.
- Let it cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can be made a day in advance.
- Experiment with different types of chips for variation.
