Ingredients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon instant yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk, warmed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix warm milk, butter, eggs, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients to form a dough.
- Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover.
- Let it rise until doubled, about 1 hour.
- Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf.
- Place it in a greased loaf pan.
- Let it rise again until doubled, about 30 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 30-35 minutes.
