Instructions

- Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the spaghetti.
- In a large bowl, mix hot pasta with grated Pecorino Romano cheese.
- Add black pepper and a little reserved pasta water to create a creamy sauce.
- Toss until well combined, adding more pasta water if needed.
- Serve immediately, garnished with extra cheese and pepper.
