Ingredients

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine garlic and anchovies.
- Add egg yolk, mustard, and vinegar; whisk together.
- Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking to emulsify.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve over your favorite salad.
