Ingredients

- 1 lb ribeye steak
- 2 tbsp cajun seasoning
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp bourbon
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season steak with cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Remove steak and let it rest.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and add garlic.
- Stir in bourbon and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Pour sauce over the steak before serving.

- Adjust cooking time for desired doneness.
- Let steak rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing.
