Description
Cajun chicken bites served with a creamy garlic herb Alfredo twist.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Italian herbs
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- In a separate pot, cook fettuccine according to package instructions.
- In the skillet, add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add Parmesan cheese and Italian herbs, stirring until smooth.
- Combine cooked fettuccine with the sauce.
- Serve chicken bites on top of the pasta.
Notes
- Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste.
- Substitute chicken with shrimp for a different flavor.
- Garnish with parsley for added freshness.
