Cajun chicken bites served with creamy rigatoni.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 8 oz rigatoni pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss chicken with Cajun seasoning and olive oil.
- Spread chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- Cook rigatoni according to package instructions.
- In a saucepan, heat heavy cream over medium heat.
- Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
- Combine rigatoni with the creamy sauce.
- Serve chicken bites on top of the creamy rigatoni.
- Garnish with parsley.

- Adjust Cajun seasoning to your spice preference.
- Use whole wheat rigatoni for a healthier option.
