A creamy and flavorful pasta bake with Cajun-seasoned chicken and cream cheese.

- 8 oz penne pasta
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook diced chicken until browned. Add garlic and Cajun seasoning, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and heavy cream until smooth.
- Add cooked chicken, pasta, green onions, and half of the cheddar cheese to the cream mixture. Stir to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes
- Adjust Cajun seasoning according to your spice preference.
- For added flavor, consider using smoked chicken.
