Ingredients

- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup crab meat, cooked and picked
- 1 cup salmon fillet, cooked and flaked
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and cajun seasoning.
- Add lobster, crab, and salmon to the sauce. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Toss in the cooked fettuccine and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.
