Cajun steak tips served with cheesy rigatoni in a rich parmesan sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak tips
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 8 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season steak tips with Cajun seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add steak tips and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Add parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
  7. Cook rigatoni according to package instructions; drain.
  8. Add rigatoni to the sauce and mix well.
  9. Add steak tips to the pasta and stir to combine.
  10. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with parsley.
