Description
Cajun steak tips served with cheesy rigatoni in a rich parmesan sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb steak tips
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 8 oz rigatoni pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season steak tips with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak tips and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
- Cook rigatoni according to package instructions; drain.
- Add rigatoni to the sauce and mix well.
- Add steak tips to the pasta and stir to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with parsley.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by changing the amount of Cajun seasoning.
- Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or spinach.
- Serve immediately for best flavor.
