- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced jalapenos
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup guacamole
Instructions
- Layer tortilla chips in a cast-iron skillet.
- Sprinkle cheese over the chips.
- Add black beans, tomatoes, jalapenos, and onions on top.
- Cover with foil and place over the campfire.
- Cook until cheese melts, about 5-10 minutes.
- Remove from fire and top with sour cream and guacamole.
