- 2 cups stuffing mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup green beans, trimmed
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your campfire or portable grill.
- Rub the turkey breast with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Prepare stuffing by mixing it with chicken broth in a bowl.
- Stuff the turkey with the stuffing mixture.
- Wrap the turkey in aluminum foil and place it on the grill or campfire.
- Cook for about 2-3 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- In the last 30 minutes, add green beans wrapped in foil to the grill.
- Serve with cranberry sauce on the side.
