Sweet and tangy candied cranberries, perfect for holiday dishes.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Rinse cranberries and remove any stems.
- In a saucepan, combine sugar and water over medium heat.
- Stir until sugar dissolves, then add cranberries.
- Cook for 10 minutes until cranberries pop.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
- Drain cranberries and toss in sugar.
- Spread on a baking sheet to dry for at least 1 hour.
