- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 8 ounces fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes.
- Flip the chicken and add the mozzarella slices and cherry tomatoes on top.
- Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the air fryer and drizzle with balsamic glaze and sprinkle chopped basil before serving.

- Ensure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- For added flavor, marinate the chicken in balsamic vinegar for 30 minutes before cooking.
