Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 2 cups diced apples
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, caramel sauce, cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add the cubed bread and diced apples to the mixture. Stir to combine.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown.
