A delicious caramel apple stuffed French toast casserole perfect for breakfast.

- 1 loaf of bread, cubed
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 2 cups diced apples
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, caramel sauce, cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Add the cubed bread and diced apples to the mixture. Stir to combine.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve with extra caramel sauce on top.
- Use any bread of your choice.
- Can be prepared the night before and baked in the morning.
