Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and heavy cream.
  2. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  3. Cook for 5 minutes without stirring.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in brewed coffee and vanilla extract.
  5. Add chocolate chips and mix until melted.
  6. Pour mixture into a greased pan.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator until set, about 2 hours.
  8. Cut into squares and serve.
