Delicious carne asada tacos made with marinated grilled beef.
Ingredients

- 1 lb flank steak
- 2 limes, juiced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 avocado, sliced
Instructions
- Marinate the flank steak with lime juice, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper for at least 1 hour.
- Grill the steak over medium-high heat for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
- Let the steak rest for 5 minutes, then slice it thinly against the grain.
- Warm the corn tortillas on the grill for 1 minute on each side.
- Fill each tortilla with sliced steak, onions, cilantro, and avocado.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
