Instructions

  2. In a bowl, mix grated carrots, sugar, and eggs.
  3. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Fold in walnuts.
  5. Spread the batter on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
  7. Let it cool slightly, then roll it in a clean kitchen towel.
  8. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth.
  9. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mix until creamy.
