Ingredients

- 2 pounds of carrots, peeled and sliced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon of thyme
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss the sliced carrots with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread the carrots on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle honey over the carrots and sprinkle thyme on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until tender.
- Remove from oven and serve warm.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Experiment with different herbs such as rosemary or parsley.
