Ingredients

  • 1 cup green beans, trimmed
  • 1 cup corn, drained
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine turkey, green beans, corn, and cream of mushroom soup.
  3. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  6. In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs with olive oil and sprinkle over the cheese.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
