Ingredients

- 1 medium cauliflower, chopped
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Steam the cauliflower until tender.
- In a bowl, mash the cauliflower.
- Add flour, eggs, cheese, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Scoop mixture into the skillet and flatten slightly.
- Fry until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.

- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
