Ingredients

- 1 package cauliflower gnocchi
- 1 cup pesto sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions
- Boil a pot of water and cook the cauliflower gnocchi according to package instructions.
- Drain the gnocchi and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes until golden.
- Stir in the pesto sauce and combine well.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top.

- You can add vegetables like cherry tomatoes or spinach for extra flavor.
