A healthy alternative to traditional pizza crust made from cauliflower.
Ingredients

- 1 medium head of cauliflower
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower and cut it into florets.
- Pulse the florets in a food processor until they resemble rice.
- Microwave the riced cauliflower for 8 minutes on high.
- Let it cool and then squeeze out excess moisture using a clean cloth.
- In a bowl, combine the cauliflower, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, oregano, and salt.
- Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet into a pizza shape.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
- Add your favorite toppings and bake again until cheese is melted.
Notes
- Ensure to remove as much moisture from the cauliflower as possible.
- Customize toppings as per your preference.
