Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Rice the cauliflower using a food processor.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  4. Add onions, celery, and carrots; sauté until soft.
  5. Stir in garlic, thyme, sage, salt, and pepper; cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Add riced cauliflower and vegetable broth; mix well.
  7. Cook for 5-7 minutes until cauliflower is tender.
  8. Remove from heat and stir in parsley.
