- 1 lb salmon fillet
- 1 cedar plank (soaked in water for 1 hour)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Fresh dill for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon on the soaked cedar plank.
- Brush the salmon with the olive oil mixture.
- Place the cedar plank on the grill.
- Close the lid and grill for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily.
- Garnish with fresh dill before serving.

- Ensure the cedar plank is soaked to prevent burning.
- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the salmon.
- Try adding lemon slices on top for extra flavor.
