Instructions

- Incorporate the softened butter and champagne into the chocolate mixture, mixing until fully combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 2 hours or until firm.
- Using a melon baller or your hands, scoop out small portions of the chilled mixture and roll them into balls.
- Roll the truffles in cocoa powder to coat evenly.
- Place the truffles on a serving plate and chill until ready to serve.
