Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup cooked crab meat
- 1 cup clam chowder
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup corn
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups cheddar bay biscuit mix
- 3/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, clam chowder, peas, corn, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the seafood mixture into a greased pie dish.
- In another bowl, mix the cheddar bay biscuit mix with milk until just combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the biscuit mixture over the seafood filling.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute the seafood with your choice of proteins.
- Feel free to add more vegetables like carrots or bell peppers.
