Ingredients

- 1 lb lump crab meat
- 1 cup crushed crackers
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine crab meat, crushed crackers, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, green onions, Old Bay seasoning, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Mix gently until well combined.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove from skillet and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
- Serve warm with your choice of sauce.
