Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, bell pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a ball.
- Roll the cheese ball in chopped nuts until fully coated.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Serve with crackers or vegetables.
