Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon instant yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Instructions
- Combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
- Add warm water and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 5 minutes until smooth.
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Divide dough into small balls and flatten them.
- Place a spoonful of cheese in the center and fold the dough over.
- Shape into knots and place on a baking sheet.
- Melt butter and mix in garlic and parsley.
- Brush the garlic butter over the knots.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
