Description

Ingredients

  • 300ml dry white wine
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Rub the inside of a fondue pot with garlic.
  2. Pour in the white wine and heat over medium heat.
  3. Gradually add grated Gruyère and Emmental cheeses, stirring constantly.
  4. Mix cornstarch with lemon juice and add to the cheese mixture.
  5. Season with pepper and nutmeg.
  6. Keep stirring until the cheese is smooth and melted.
  7. Serve with bread cubes for dipping.
