Description

- 200g Gruyère cheese
- 200g Emmental cheese
- 300ml dry white wine
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Nutmeg
- Bread cubes for dipping
Instructions
- Rub the inside of a fondue pot with garlic.
- Pour in the white wine and heat over medium heat.
- Gradually add grated Gruyère and Emmental cheeses, stirring constantly.
- Mix cornstarch with lemon juice and add to the cheese mixture.
- Season with pepper and nutmeg.
- Keep stirring until the cheese is smooth and melted.
- Serve with bread cubes for dipping.
