A delicious and easy-to-make cheeseburger crunch wrap.


Ingredients

  • 1 large flour tortilla
  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Lay the tortilla flat and spread mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard.
  4. Add the cooked beef, cheese, tomatoes, and lettuce on one side of the tortilla.
  5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly.
  6. Toast on a skillet until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
  7. Slice in half and serve warm.

Notes

  • Feel free to add pickles for extra crunch.
  • Use different types of cheese if desired.
