A hearty and delicious cheeseburger tater tot casserole.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 bag frozen tater tots
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic until beef is browned.
  3. Drain excess fat and add salt and pepper.
  4. In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup and milk until smooth.
  5. Add the beef mixture and half of the cheddar cheese to the soup mixture.
  6. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  7. Top with frozen tater tots.
  8. Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes until tater tots are golden brown.
