Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cocoa powder, sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla, then stir until combined.
  4. Mix in flour and salt until just blended.
  5. Pour half of the brownie batter into a greased baking dish.
  6. In another bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and egg until smooth.
  7. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the brownie layer.
  8. Top with remaining brownie batter.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
  10. Let it cool before slicing.
