Ingredients

- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cocoa powder, sugar, and melted butter.
- Add eggs and vanilla, then stir until combined.
- Mix in flour and salt until just blended.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and egg until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the brownie layer.
- Top with remaining brownie batter.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
- Let it cool before slicing.
Notes
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- Serve chilled for better texture.
