- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 8 egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and sour cream until smooth.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface.
- Place 2 tablespoons of the cheesecake mixture in the center of the wrapper.
- Fold the sides over and roll tightly to seal.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the egg rolls until golden brown on all sides.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
